Event Information

DNV GL will participate in this annual gathering of the process safety community, widely recognised as Europe's leading process safety event. We are proud to join the programme for Hazards 29 with four technical presentations, details of which can be found below.  Our technical advisory experts will be available at the stand to discuss our papers, best practice and latest developments in process safety software.  

We will also be demonstrating our Virtual Reality (VR) Hazard Awareness training tool.  You are invited to book an appointment or drop by the stand for a demonstration where you will see how virtual reality training can improve knowledge retention as you become a participant rather than a spectator.

Why use Virtual Reality (VR) for training?

  • VR improves knowledge retention by getting attendees involved and interacting with their training - being a participant rather than a spectator requires constant engagement with the content and improves knowledge.
  • VR provides participants with the opportunity to develop an understanding of how major accidents come about and the consequences of such events.
