  • Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering, Tong Ji University, P.R. China 
  • Marine Structure Engineer qualifications approved by CNOOC & COODEC
  • Member of American Society of Steel Construction and Member of API SC2 Subcommittee on Offshore Structures since 2015
  • Over 30 years experience in fixed offshore structure design (26 years in Sacs & 5+ years in Sesam), including 10+ years in software support, training and QA
  • Joined DNV GL in Year 2014 as Senior Engineer from Bentley Systems & EDI
