Data quality as a service

Our data quality as a service gives you an assessment method to verify that data meet the implicit or explicit expectations of users or systems utilizing the data. Data quality as a service gives you a tool that is used to measure and visualize the baseline for any given data source. In addition, it facilitates the improvement process and offers a means to measure the effect of data quality improvement activities. It is recommended to use data quality as a service as an integral part of a comprehensive data quality assessment, including organizational maturity and data risk assessments.

Data quality dashboards

Data quality as a service provides a data quality dashboard front-end to visualize the results from a data quality assessment. The dashboards contain four visual elements to graphically depict data quality:

  1. Data quality index (DQI) as a key performance indicator (KPI), e.g. for last month
  2. DQI trending over time
  3. Number of passed rules
  4. Drill-down to specific data records
Data quality as a service is defined per customer and per project. Each project can contain one or more data sources and data quality requirements. The data source can be static/one-off or live streams with a given update frequency.
