Course description

The DNVGL-ST-F101 (previously DNV-OS-F101) standard forms a basis for the designing activity, and the pipeline standard with its complete design width is covered in this course. First day will focus on codes, design flow and the safety philosophy of DNVGL-ST-F101. The second day includes detailed wall thickness calculation. The third day will give an overview of other scenarios and failure modes relevant for pipeline design.

The use of the supporting design software is also part of the training. Associated Recommended Practices is also addressed.
