The Synergi Plant standard package was developed to help owners and operators start their asset integrity journey. This package comes with a standard design and framework, which provides comprehensive inspection data management system functionality supported by a risk-based analytical tool (RBI onshore - rbi software). They are simplified solutions with lower costs of ownership to reflect basic integrity needs.
Scalable solution according to your company’s needs
The standard package delivers the flexibility to be scalable with other software modules that reflect with the needs of your organization, such as reliability-centered maintenance (RCM), performance forecasting (RAM analysis), Bespoke RBI and safety integrity level (SIL). These modules are for maintaining asset integrity, minimizing risks associated with loss of containment due to deterioration and improving reliability and availability of assets. DNV GL's AIM offering also includes Maros and Taro for RAM analysis software.
Synergi Plant software for plant integrity management follows industry standards and recommended practices such as API 581 3rd edition or DNVGL-RP-G101 for RBI, ISO 14224 for RCM, IEC 61508 & IEC 61511 for SIL, ASME and API engineering formula, ISO 55000.
